After a week of skiing holidays with cheese, cold meats, fondues, aperitifs and snacks every day, so much tell you that we are satisfied to eat healthy. This salad was more than welcome!
The opportunity for me to discover kale salad. I see a lot of recipes with it now and I was looking forward to try it. To start with, I had to find some. I thought I had to go down to the organic store below my house but no, they did not have some. Surprising, I just found it at a normal supermarket !! Then, I could see shared opinions on this salad because, although it is very good for health because containing a lot of antioxidants, it is nevertheless much firmer than others salad and therefore less easy to chew. Tip of the day, knead the salad a few moments after washed and spun !!
And let’s talk about this mixed salad a little bit. Very orange isn’t it? A sweet-salty salad as I liked it!
Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients (for a small salad for 2 people):
– some kale salad
– 1 orange
– 1 carrot
– 30 g of feta cheese
For the seasoning:
– balsamic vinegar
– olive oil
Cut kale leaves. Wash them in water and then spin them.
Peel orange and carrot. Cut the first into small pieces and the second into thin slices. Cut the feta into small cubes.
Arrange all ingredients on a plate. Season according to your convenience and ready!
